Clean rooms - excellent location in the heart of Sunny Beach with easy access to bars - shops, and the beach. The staff - especially Todor at the reception - went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, and the ladies serving were attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location for party, this is in the ultimate center of the Sunny Beach, just 200 meters from the beach. It was really clean and tidy, best value for your money.

The staff was ok, but not really kind. Bath plug, really hot water in the busiest hours. Noisy neighbor.

We were impressed with the service and staff during our previous visit, and the neighborhood around the city center is definitely worth exploring.

Even if we were not in season, I was satisfied with the services offered, the staff friendly. Location is good close to beach and town center with the possibility of dining in many locations prices and good service.

I do not think there is something to not like. For how much it costs, provide safe enough.

The location was perfect for both beach and the towns night life and i would definately stay their again.

Their was no breakfast available but that was because it was late on in the season.

Mind-blowing value for money with super accommodating and lovely staff. Clean rooms with fridge. Enjoyable stay, would recommend!

All was ok, from staff to food in the hotel's restaurant

The rooms are spacious, clean, and even come with a wardrobe! The staff are so helpful and polite, they even offer a grand total of 3 hangers for your clothes.

It's such a shame that they give you tiny towels that are barely bigger than hand towels. Who needs a proper bath towel, right?

It was a very nice and clean hotel in the middle of the centrum. The staff were most of the times very friendly.

The room was a little bit small, but big enough to sleep in.

Near the beach, great location for restaurants and nightlife, clean rooms, efficient staff.

Great spot close to town great location, not noisy at all like the others would be that are on the main drag.

The hotel position is quite good, but you have to cross the main road every time when you go out and this takes time because of the very busy road. The room was ok, with balcony (but the view was not so nice), shower in the room, air conditioning was ok. I had very good wi-fi signal in my room and the internet speed was acceptable.

I didn't liked the hotel stuff, very poor service. I stayed 8 days and the room was not cleaned in 4 days. The towels were never changed. The cleaning of the room was done once at 9.00 AM, other day at 2.00 PM and other day they tried to clean at 5.30 PM. They waked me to clean the room when i was resting in the room at noon twice and once in the morning. It was very annoying, you never know when the cleaning lady is coming. Hot water only in the morning and in the evening (sometimes even in the evening) No parking place, i had to park in front of the restaurant on a very busy road between billboards. There are a lot of other good hotels in Sunny Beach for this money.
